Tract Home Residential – ORACLE provides complete structural engineering services for your subdivisions including construction support before, during and after construction.  We understand the occasional issues during construction such as missed footings, incorrect hold-downs or deficient framing, thus, we provide full support so that there are no deviations from your critical path and your project stays on time. 

Additions and Repairs – Are you thinking about closing off a Sunroom, or adding/renovating space at your commercial building?  With ORACLE's heavy experience performing structural assessments, we help you obtain critical information about the current construction of your building including residential and commercial roofs, walls, wall finishes and foundations.  We also provide destructive testing services which involve opening up small holes in the roof or walls to determine the current conditions of the building because it is better for you to know now what is there prior to beginning construction, rather than finding out after construction starts.  Once you have an assessment performed and along with our structural engineering design services, you will have everything you need to start bidding your project out to local general contractors (we know some of those, too).

Custom Residential – Congratulations on deciding to build your dream home!  ORACLE provides full structural engineering services for the foundation and superstructure for the home where you want to retire.  The home may be located in an area that requires a deep foundation, such as piles, or may require a typical shallow foundation, but not to worry, we provide structural engineering design services for all of it, including the upper levels of the home.  Our engineering practice also includes specialty structures seen in custom homes, such as gazebos, towers and rooftop hot tubs.

Historical Buildings – Historical buildings are gems that have withstood the test of time, and provide us with a glimpse of a time that has past, always telling a story, especially for those who lived through the time when the building was in use.  Even though the materials used in the construction have likely been updated with newer and stronger ones, we carefully work within the bounds of the original construction to engineer the support structure to withstand many more years of storms and floods, while maintaining the character of the building.
